WINDOWS 95, 98, 98SE and ME: Open My Computer by using right click, choice properties, select the perforce tab and then click Virtual Memory button. You will see “ Let Windows manage my virtual memory settings” This is a default setting. You must select “Let me specify my own virtual memory settings.” You should type in the size you want in both the Minimum and Maximum edit box and click OK button. Restart or Log off your computer.

WINDOWS XP, NT, 2000, 2003: Open My Computer by using right click, choice properties, select the Advanced tab and click settings button in Performance section. You will see Performance Option box. Select the Advanced tab. Click Change button under Virtual memory section. Virtual memory dialog box will be appeared. Click Custom size ratio.Type the initial and maximum size of disk space you want to allocate for the swap file size. Click OK button and Restart or Log off your computer.

You will see Performance Option box. Select the Advanced tab. Click Change button under Virtual memory section. Virtual memory dialog box will be appeared.
