I want to use [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] mail in Singapore. ( with Outlook Express / Microsoft Outlook / Windows Mail / Windows Live Mail )
I've tried several POP3 / SMTP server address i know, but i cannot do any send/receive.
No response at all !
I also cannot ping to those addresses. The results are only " Request timed out. "
Anyone know what's the problem and how to solve ?

Some of the address I tried are.

203.81.71.114
203.81.71.104

send.bagan.net.mm
receive.bagan.net.mm

send.myantel.net.mm
receive.myantel.net.mm
