You are the best Training Center for you bro.

I think all the starter should know either server or client sides.
First, If you have very well Programming Concept(Logic), I suggest you to study JavaScript. There are many server side scripting languages (PHP,Python,....). You can choose the language that is suitable for you.
If you want to see your site in Attractive Design, learn CSS and Js(JQ).

I am not web developer or designer, I can't explain more detail bro. Someone will explain if they see this post.

You should start at the "Creative Web Studio" at MICT Park . They will give advice to you and u will know what class you should attend.

i think, You should study HTML, CSS and JavaScript as basic.
And then you should study ASP.Net or PHP or other web programming languages.

If you want to create the server websites you should study SQL (Standard Query Language) too.
You will need
1. HTML skill
2. Java Script
3. PHP streaming
4. SQL skill
5. Basic Programming Language (C,C++,Java)
If you want to become Web Designer you will need
1. CSS (cascading style sheet)
2. HTML new versions
3. Photoshop Knowledge
