Step:-01

First set your image dimension i set like following.>

Now take the rectangle tool (Remember that the shape layer is enabled)

Like this in upper tab

and make a rectagle which cover whole of the document …you will get the following image

Step 02:-

Now make a new layer and on it draw a small rectangle with rounded rectagle tool with 6Px radius.

Step 03:-

Now set blending of this rounded rectangle by going on menu>layer>blending option or reight click on layer on layer palatte and blending option..

Step 04:-

Now duplicate this layer>By going on layer>duplicate layer menu..

Duplicate it two time you will get the following.

Step 05:-

Now write some text on the menu >and some royal type of font more curly and sharp i used “smoking font”

google it if you want. and change its blending settings like following >>

Now make a new layer and with the help of rectangle tool draw

a link between the menu item
